Nunchaku Course September 2011

Hi everyone, im just testing this out as I have never uploaded a video from my computer, if it works I will try it out again.

This is the left hand side of the reception area opposite the desk.

Hard to believe we have been out of there for 3 years now, its been really good to look over the photos again, isnt technology ace!

The new dojo here in Marbella has been going for almost 3 years as well and has gone from strength to strength thanks to the family spirit we have here, great place to be, train, and just meet all the staff and have a look around.

Had some really good memories of that place and only wished that it was still running but life moves on and we now have a more modern place here in Marbella...(plus the weathers a bit nicer!!) and the students are just as good and motivated as ever!!

FLOODS!!

THE BIG FLOOD!!

Devastation met us as we turned up for work on the 19th of May! At first I thought we had been broken in to because both doors where smashed to bits and the internal door which was bolted down had been pushed through but nothing could have prepared me for the inside of the building!

We have had floods before but this was crazy!!!

Hopefully we will be back to normal ASAP, keep you posted!!

Brilliant turnout, brilliant input, brilliant work-rate but MOST of all BRILLIANT STUDENTS!!! Cant thank you all enough for stepping up today, we are really getting better with EVERY class!!

New Changes!!

Hi everyone,

I've been really busy with making changes to the various social media outlets I have and I think I am need for a change of direction! I will be concentrating more on my new website and content so go check it out www.healthy-fit-families.com Its at its VERY basic stage so far but as soon as I get the blogging sorted I will be posting on there quite a bit!

I have made changes to this blog and I have also made changes to the Kudo website and facebook pages. All exciting stuff, designed to make life a little easier!! (I hope)
