Doing the wrong thing!

I mentioned yesterday about the right attitude and how it can affect our day, and it got me thinking about all the things that happen in a day and how we can cope with certain situations that are unplanned!

Let me give you an example:

Have you ever "reacted" to something that later you thought...mmmm! maybe I could have handled that a bit better!!?? I know I have, and do you know what...Ive regretted my actions and in some cases Ive paid for those mistakes, financially and emotionally. Do you think that this is just one of those things that we do and then think what the hell, I can sort it out later, coz I have, and to be honest it hasn't always gone to plan sometimes with devastating circumstances!!

They say that on average 90% of our actions are intentional (caused by us by what we say and do)and that the other 10% of that was just just going to happen anyway and we had no control over it whatsoever! Makes you think doesn't it!

Saying the wrong thing or doing the wrong thing can bring consequences that are quite unintentional and most of the time just plain stupid.

With Martial arts training or my fitness program training I try to get my students to see the positive in there actions, young and old, its never too late to think before you act, in any situation!
