Monday 14th of July Update with Pictures!

Ive had a great week this week, sorry for not blogging but it has been very busy!!

I ended up taking the Sunday off last week, I had a great day with the family, weather great here in Marbella. By the way if you google martial arts in Marbella I am 1st and second!! How good is that...but ive sussed out that I have to include Marbella in the text of my blog so that google picks it up and includes it in the google alerts and therefore goes up in the rankings, so if I mention Marbella a few times you know why!!!

Monday was the photo shoot, we shot 3600 photos over 4 hours, the heat was incredible!! but we had some really good pictures at the end. I have included a couple at the top, the first one is a heel kick to the back of the head (didn't think i could get my leg up that high anymore!!) and the second one is of me and my boy. I had a problem with uploading a video of me doing some moves but i will try again next week!!

Ive started putting the weapon racks up in the Dojo and I have the first private lesson in the Dojo on Wednesday....so the place has to be done by then!!

By the way the first private lesson is with Hannah Murray from REM radio, she wants to do an interview on her show on the 23rd so i suggested she come down and have a lesson. She is coming with her boyfriend Andy, so should be good!
