Kickboxing in Marbella

I googled martial arts in Marbella, and as I told you in the last post my blog was 1st and 2nd, so I googled self defence in Marbella and it also came in 1st!! (after two ads) So today my blog title is kickboxing in Marbella....lets wait and see!!

Just a brief description of the kickboxing classes we will be holding at Kudo Academies, High tempo fitness classes with elements of the routines of kickboxing for ladies and gents. You will learn how to punch and kick correctly, develop high quality power punching and kicking and also learn a syllabus should you wish to take grades (white belt to black belt) I will write an article specifically about kickboxing when we are close to opening. We will also hold children's classes nightly. The class for kids is great for the overactive children who just need to burn some excessive energy!!

I am including a couple more photos from the photo shoot last Monday, Just basic moves but sometimes its good to put a face to a name! The first move is taken from the green belt syllabus, its an inside hock, the second one is a back arm and collar hold, this is taken from the blue belt syllabus, and the third is me taking Dan into a wrist lock from a push.

I have a private lesson tomorrow with Hannah Murray from REM Radio station and her boyfriend Andy, really looking forward to doing the 1st (hopefully of many!!) private lessons!

We had a good tidy up of the Dojo today, I will put some pictures on the blog of the place tomorrow. The weapon racks look great (even if I say so myself), they have taken me an age to do but I think they look very authentic.

Tomorrow will be a day of much the same as today, Hannah and Andy are not coming till 7pm so I think I will make some more racks for the kick bags and hand mitts to go on to.
