The whole idea of fitness camps are not a new thing however when you hear who is involved it becomes a different story, firstly the team is headed up by one the most professional instructors I have had the pleasure to work alongside. Karl Wall has the moat incredible background and is one one of the most saught after personal coaches on the coast here in Marbella.
