Word of Mouth

Just wanted to pick up on something I mentioned yesterday. I subscribe to several different online publications, blogs and newsletters. Its become a bit of an obsession to find out what the latest trends are with regards to training, whether it be for sports in general or martial arts and most of them spout out about the web, I agree that it is a fantastic way to reach out to new clients or for people to recognise the brand however you cant beat good old word of mouth and that means as instructors we have to give more to our students and clients and try to educate them more on what we are doing, it is not some extra curricular class but something that has real value attached to it! Customer service is KEY!!! Oh and being good at what you teach helps!!
