Part 2

My point is that Martial arts is an art although fighting or self defence based and when done properly is fantastic to watch, I love all arts and have practiced several but soon after starting Ju Jitsu at 15 years of age I realised that the art form was great but I needed to learn skills that would get me out of trouble, I have now devised a course for exactly that purpose, its direct, no-nonsense techniques that work!
Self defence is a different beast, if you can use the techniques you have learnt in martial arts and if you are quick enough to utilise them, fair game.....chances are....if you get one decent strike in and can stun or disorientate your opponent and then follow that up with several more when you feel you have the upper hand, GREAT! If not you have to keep fighting until you do, my system works on fitness, speed, correct striking points, it is based on Combat Ju-Jitsu but you don’t have to go through several years of martial arts training to learn them. Trust me, I have taught the same system to police, military, prison services and many more.
I offer courses in self defence for pure beginners but I also offer courses for personal trainers to become registered and qualified self defence instructors with Kudo Academies and The Global Institute of Self-Defence Professionals, if you want to learn how to defend yourself or enrol on one of our 12 weeks trainer courses please call 667419064 or drop me an email for more information.
