Thursday.....where has the week gone!!
Just had a great email from my really good friend in the UK, Colin Jones. Funny story really, I bought Nippon UK from him several years ago and he just bought it back in January after a spell of not seeing each other for one reason or another. He is making a great success of things back there...as I knew he would, after all it was his baby to start with. I was just teaching it to crawl and walk, by the sounds of it it is doing the 100metre sprint at the moment in under 10!!

Today started off much the same as the rest, had a very restless nights sleep because of the heat, I cant sleep with the air con on as its too noisy! went to the gym, back for breakfast and then off to work, I cannot wait to take some photos next week, the place looks great! and so it should do. I am very proud of the effort that Dan and I have put into making our Dojo one of the best here in Spain!!
We finished early, about 8.30 so feels like I have an early night!! Just had my tea, they have the most amazing King Prawns in Mercadona for 7 euros a kilo!! so had them with a salad.
All the stuff came from protec yesterday. All the professional boxing equipment, speedballs, floor to ceiling balls, wall mounted adjustable punch bags!! however a few bits were missing so hopefully we will have them soon! In the next post!!!
Had a draft through for my business cards today, just a few thing need to be changed but they look really good, Manuel, for such a young guy has a great eye for design. Talking of Manuel, Kerri and I are going to his girlfriends birthday party on tomorrow night in Nueva Andalucia, give me a chance to try out my Spanish....will probably only be there 15 minutes, everyone will think I'm a crank.
